Now think of someone who you have neutral feelings towards. It could be anyone you don't feel too strongly about. It could be someone you saw on the street, someone who works in your office building, someone in a store your shop at.

Notice if it is hard to say the phrases for them. Notice what thoughts arise in your mind. Accept whatever thoughts arise. Don't try to force any feeling. Just repeat the phrases and relax.
