The purpose of the Meditation Community is to help you awaken.

You will become aware of how your mind is perpetually resisting this moment and envisioning happiness as a future goal. You will create distance between yourself and your thoughts by watching the mind. Then, you will have a choice: You can believe the thoughts that promise happiness in the future or you can choose accept the moment as it is - thus leading you into peace.

The process is not easy, but only through awareness of the tendencies of your mind can you become free. Loving-kindness meditation will aid you through opening your heart to accept the isness of the moment.
